S'y rendre depuis Annecy :
Sortir d'Annecy direction Aix les Bains.
Après Seynod, poursuivre en direction de Gruffy que vous traverserez.
Passer ensuite à Allèves puis Lescheraines et enfin le Chatelard et de là, rejoindre Jarsy en passant par la Compôte.
Dans Jarsy, prendre la deuxième à droite et tout de suite à droite, direction le Chargieu.
Au niveau de ce lieu-dit se trouve un petit parking point de départ de la rando.
La rando :
Bon, jusque là, c'était compliqué, mais maintenant ça devient super facile !
Tout d'abord prendre le chemin qui monte en lacets vers la forêt ; c'est le seul d'ailleurs. Une fois dans le bois, l'inclinaison augmente, ça se corse. La pente devient un peu plus douce à l'occasion d'un long virage sur la gauche en sortant de la forêt avant de replonger dans un sous bois. Vous marchez déjà depuis 1/2h environ.
Au bout de quelques centaines de mètres vous passez une grange au toit de tôle et négociez à nouveau 2 lacets bien raides avant d'arriver à l'unique intersection du parcours : prenez à gauche.

Après l'intersection, la vue s'ouvre sur votre droite sur un nouveau paysage avec les petites granges typiques du massif
Il vous reste 1/2h à 3/4h de marche, vous ne tarderez pas à apercevoir le chalet d'Allant où vous pourrez vous ravitailler en fromage local (je peux pas vous dire s'il est bon, j'ai jamais testé)
Le retour s'effectue par le même itinéraire ou bien par la piste forestière que les 4*4 empruntent ; l'inconvénient, ce n'est que de la forêt et l'avantage, on y trouve de framboises fin aout
Voilà donc mon premier topo dans les bauges, petit massif des Alpes du Nord coincé entre Annecy, Albertville et Chambéry. Les montagnes ne sont pas très hautes mais sont relativement bien préservées des infrastructures du tourisme de masse, notamment grace à l'existence d'un Parc Naturel Régional depuis les années 90.
L'intérêt de cette randonnée et de faire "connaissance" à tour de rôle avec les plus hauts sommets des Bauges : le Trélod, le Colombier d'Aillon, l'Arclusaz et l'Arcalod
